Your offer letter included a generic, first-time username and password required for accessing this site. You will be able to stop and return to this site if you are not able to complete the forms at one time. Your username and password will change after your first login. If you need to login again, your username will be your first initial and your last name (e.g., Jane Smith would be jsmith) and your password will be the last four digits of your Social Security number.
