Craig Schneier, Ph.D.
Executive Vice President, Human Resources
Dr. Schneier joined Biogen in 2001 as Senior Vice President, Strategic Organization Design and Effectiveness, after having served as an external consultant to the company for eight years. Prior to joining Biogen, Dr. Schneier was president of his own management consulting firm in Princeton, N.J, where he provided consulting services to over 70 of the Fortune 100 companies, as well as several of the largest European and Asian firms. He also led consulting efforts at Organizational Dynamics in Boston, and was managing partner at Sibson & Company, a consulting firm in Princeton, N.J. Dr. Schneier held a tenured professorship at the University of Maryland's Smith School of Business and has held teaching positions at the business schools of the University of Michigan and Columbia University. He currently teaches at the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College.
